How does reddit work? Why can;t I post from a throwaway?

I feel ike I see posts from throwaways all the time but the one time I try ask a very important, sensitive question, I'm blocked everywhere from the most relevant subs (which is understandable, I guess) to even this one. The only place I can post is fucking r/help. Most of my posts are just removed by filters. I've rewrriten things half a dozen times with no luck. I could wait a few years a really build up a fake account in something with a lot of karma but I literally believe my friend will be dead by then and my questions will all be about tombstones.
