Two single entry visas 6-8 weeks apart?

Hey! I’m travelling around SE Asia next year and trying my best to work with the seasons/my partners availability to visit me/have a practical route around the countries.

As it stands, i’m looking to land in Bangkok and travel (central/northern) Thailand mid Jan - end of Feb, do a loop around Loas/Vietnam. Then return the 2nd or 3rd week of April and fly in Phuket before exploring Southern Thailand and mooching down into Malaysia.

Will I be okay to just get two separate single entry visas? I’ve never visited before, but hear that immigration is becoming more strict with single entry visas.
