Review my itinerary- October 2026

Hi all, this will be my and my husband's second time going to Spain, except this time it'll be for our anniversary (first time was honeymoon where we went to Seville, San Sebastián, Granada). We're both pretty laid back, and would like to enjoy a mix of the metropolitan life and scenic beaches. We love trying new foods and going out for drinks, we enjoy an upbeat nightlife but we're not into clubbing, etc. I think it would be cool to catch a football game out there too, but we wouldn't mind going to bars to watch with locals either.

I'm thinking Valencia and Mallorca would be good to do in a week. Here's my preliminary itinerary:

• Arrive in Valencia the evening of Oct 13

• Valencia: 4 nights — Oct 13 (night), 14, 15, 16.

• Fly Valencia → Mallorca morning of Oct 17 

• Palma (Mallorca): 3 nights — Oct 17 (night), 18, 19.

• Fly home evening of 20th

Any tips appreciated, even if you think we should check out other cities instead.
