[Tomt] help! I'm trying to find a comedy movie scene involving an insecure husband/boyfriend and his partner

I recall it being very funny. One of the characters (Male) is very suspicious and insecure. And in some sort of argument with his (wife? Gf?) And when another man walks by he immediately asks "did you f**k him?" To which she scoffs. I first thought of Jon Favreau in "I Love you Man but after research it doesn't appear to be the case. I feel like it takes place on some stairs? Its been stuck in my head for weeks!
