CSC and CPH

Hi everyone,
I’m a recent CS + Math graduate with some banking experience and technical internships during undergrad. My mentors have recommended that I take the CSC + CPH now to start building my licensing credentials.

However, with the upcoming CIRO assessment‑centric licensing changes in 2026, I’m hesitant to invest in the old courses. I don’t want to spend the money and time if the old credentials might become invalid.

Would it be better to enroll in the current CSC + CPH now or wait for the new CIRO assessment? I’m looking to enter the finance industry and want to make a decision that maximizes my hiring opportunities.
