Purple plate and up random rec is horrible. 2k26

I finally hit purple plate my goal playing 2k, last year I was always one get away and get sold or just get a trash team. This year now I find myself purposely leaving games to get demoted every time I hit purple again.

Purple plate and up is a sweat fest. It’s people who play the game 8hours+ a day, and also cheaters. How do people find this fun?

Is there any methods to get demoted without getting banned for 2-3 hours?
