Journey 3 locked, but I've done everything in journey 1&2?

As the title says, I started playing just this season with a friend.

But even tho I've completed all journey 1&2 my journey 3 missions are still locked. We are the same level, but he has unlocked journey 3.

It just says complete journey 2 to unlock, but I've done journey 2 and claimed it. And it's checked off in the final journey thing too.

Am I missing something or am I just not allowed to play journey 3 for the time being?
