Best inexpensive upgrades?

Omg I have been diamond painting for a good minute now and I’m not the most consistent with doing it but now I want to upgrade. What is something like the diamond art club but not the diamond art club price. I also want to upgrade my pen but don’t know if I should go with metal or a resin one.
