LG B5 vs Sony Bravia 8

Hi all,

In need of some advice for choosing a TV for my bedroom (usually using it at night). I recently bought an LG OLED B5 48" for $529.99 from Best Buy and although I'm extremely happy with it, I have noticed some artifacts in streaming shows. These usually pop up around camera flashes and fire shadows. I have the motion smoothing on Cinema, off seems too choppy for my liking. Brightness is good, had to boost it a bit but pretty happy with my settings at the moment.

I do also have the option of getting a refurb Sony Bravia 8 55" for $699.99. Is this the better option? Not concerned with refurb, I have a Sony X90J refurb from them in my living room and it's flawless. I'm less concerned about size and more about picture quality. If it isn't a huge difference I could just keep the LG.

TLDR: LG B5 48" for $529.99 vs Sony Bravia 8 55" refurb for $699.99.
