Cooling fans won’t turn off 2016 Chevy Silverado

The radiator cooling fans instantly come on as soon as I turn on my truck, even if the truck has been sitting there overnight and it is a cool morning when I go to start. When I turn off the engine, the fans continue to run until they run the battery dead.

I’ve replaced the thermostat and the temperature sensor, and disconnected the battery after doing both to try and “hard reset” the truck’s computer. It initially worked after 1-2 drive cycles, but then came back.

I’ve checked the relays for both cooling fans, and they seem to look fine. Anybody have an idea of what else could be wrong with the system causing the fans to run the entire time the engine is on, and also continue running even when it’s turned off?
