Suzuki DF 140 Water in the oil

Purchased Suzuki DF 140 June 2019 from Brown’s Marine in Deltaville, VA. This motor only has 23 hours and has had all of its required maintenance. I have flushed the motor after every use. In September of this year I took my boat with the DF 140 to Browns Marine for maintenance and a hesitation issue. During the maintenance the technician noticed water in the oil. After removing the head the technician found small corrosion between the water jacket and number one cylinder. Has anyone else found a similar condition with a Suzuki Outboard?
