Type 5 heavy god tier?

Been back about 2 months now and I feel like the Type 5 has turned into a fucking fortress. Sub 320 pen, I feel there is little hope of doing anything to it outside of front drive wheel and its little front weakspots. In combat if its angled its a nightmare!

Who decided to buff it into the ultimate armored god? Truly feels unfun to go up against in a tier 9 or low pen tier 10 heavy.
