Salt Lake To CS?

I lived in Monument years back, also lived in St. George Utah years ago. Wife and I just had our first baby. I have bad asthma and the Salt Lake Valley is just too much for me. Utah has gotten too expensive and not worth it anymore, along with the Utah Drivers lol.

Looking at CS and south of CS to relocate and settle down, hopefully buy a house in a few years. Looking for feedback from current locals?
