Has anyone had success in restoring AR%

I just noticed that despite having turned off direct orders (Walmart package trash) my AR went down 20%!! in three days and dropped me from plat to gold. I know support is unlikely to care but has anyone called them and been able to get them to raise it back up. Again it’s all from the walmart direct orders which were sent like 10 times a minute and only started coming through this week
