The Reformation is broken

Discussion

Why is the reformation so ineffectual? This was one of the first mass popular movements, yet religious turmoil support conversion efforts and the time limited John Knox bonus in Scotland gives +4 conversion per month??

It should easily be +30 as a base, particularly with regard to Scotland the populace were far more involved in the reformation than the monarchy was, James V even tried to stop it.

Most runs Lutheranism converts a few countries and the rest just have a big block of Lutherans chilling in them occasionally rebelling.

I really hope that Auld Alliance sorts it out for Scotland at least.
