Burning springs new box mods

Anyone have any luck obtaining the new mods? Ive completed 10 head hunts so far, seeing only a single Adrenal weapon. From what im reading the bounty person is supposed to drop something with a new mod everytime......doesn't seem to be the case with me so far.
