My school is way too controlling and I’m starting to feel trapped.

I'm starting to realize my school is WAY too controlling.
Today a teacher tried to stop me from running across the street even though the light was green, there were no cars, and it was completely safe. I kept running anyway… nothing bad happened.

It's not about safety anymore. It feels like they want total obedience, even when it makes no sense.

I'm tired of feeling judged, watched, and treated like a child for normal behaviour.
Do other students feel like schools have become way too controlling?
