Furina or Faruzan c6?

I’m wondering which is better for venti, and will Faruzan maintain the ToM passive? I also need a team with sustain options (specifically a shielder) I have Diona, Layla and Thoma. Citlali is used by another dps. Or maybe any character with interruption resistance?

Also who’s better for venti Fischl c0 or Durin c0r1?
