Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered PC Unplayable problem

I have bought AC3 remastered through Ubisoft Connect Store recently since I have bought a new high end pc I wanted to play the whole ac series from the begining. I cannot run AC3 Remastered above 15fps. Even in a main menu it has just 15 fps the whole game is lagging on maximum 20fps. I have Rtx5070 and great processor I don't undrstand how to get it running at least on 60fps so It is remotely playable. I cannot find Gfx or .ini files in the code to change or see set fps value.
