WFA and in office presence

I keep hearing from people that management is now meeting to figure out how to track employees and for people not going into the office, those people are on the chopping block. I’ve heard this from different people in different areas. is CRA the only department spewing this? I do my days but my team members don’t so I’m wondering if they will be affected if this is a thing. Sounds like more made up work honestly
