Description: The user can perceive a comprehensive "status" snapshot of a target individual—a holistic measure of their current peak physical, mental, and emotional state. They can mentally lock this snapshot as the target's "Climax." This imposes a powerful, invisible restraint on the target, preventing them from performing above or falling below that registered level until the effect is broken.

To capitalize on this state, the user can "Celebrate the Climax," summoning 10 dancer-like humanoid entities made of shimmering golden flames. These entities, which move with theatrical and graceful choreography, are mentally controlled by the user and possess raw power equal to the target's locked "Climax" level.
