What do I (Luk Kreung) need to stay in Thailand?

I was born in Germany, in the beginning I had the German & Thai Passport but because some law change in Germany I just have the German Passport now. But as I know the law changed again in a good way for me.

My mother sent some documents to renew our Thai Passports but I don’t know how long time it will take, about 3 months I wait already.

Do you think I will get my Thai Passport next year or is it possible to get a Thai ID easily for me so I could stay in Thailand without coming back to Germany soon? I am not sure about the laws in total, so I hope someone knows more than me and can help.
