Speeding Ticket (30mph over) - H1B stamping affected?

I got a speeding ticket (not reckless) for 65 in a 35 zone (+30 mph) in Utah in some small town.

I contacted Off the record and paid them, they connected me with a local law firm. Both these orgs are well rated and used frequently to get rid of a ticket. However the law firm told me this particular jurisdiction and prosecutor have very low chances of success in court, and anything 20mph+ is difficult to get dismissed.

They refunded me and told me to just pay the fine. If we fought, it could become a misdemeanor which would be dangerous.

Now I'm worried if paying the fine (and thus pleading guilty) would result in any problems wrt to Immigration status now or later. I haven't got my H1B stamp yet and was planning to get it within next year.

I'm also concerned about ICE deciding traffic Infractions on H1B are removable offenses and kidnaps me and deports me at some point.
