Cross taper from x to k

Having protracted withdrawals when taking x my Dr said to try to take both doses today at night. Well I'm anxious been taking k and scared to take the x because it causes fear wired feeling and anxiety bad and k doesn't calm it down. It's 149 pm should I take the x or wait until the night? I talk too much and freak out.
