Opinions on this Gaming PC Deal?

Wario posted a deal on this "Gamer Supreme" PC that according to some opinions is a really good deal.

For reference, this is my current desktop, which I got about four years ago. The only addition I added, besides storage drives, was the RAM, which I had upgraded to 32GB DIIM.

I can run most games at 2160p resolution no problem, so it isn't exactly a necessity for me to upgrade. However, given what might be a better alternative to the upcoming Steam Machine, as well as essentially future-proofing myself for both more demanding games as well as scarcity (like the current RAM debacle), I'm considering making the transition sooner rather than later.

I just wanted some opinions on this machine, and just how ludicrous I can take it. Are we talking maxed-out Cyberpunk with full luminescence and 60+ fps?

On a sidenote, I'm also wondering what's the best way to sell my current PC if I do upgrade. I would imagine it would be to be something local like Craigslist. Unless it's better I sell it in parts.
