What happens after they push you out?

My narc coworker/supervisor is sabotaging my work, relationships, reputation, and accusing me of horrifying things because he wants me out for telling HR about 1% of the shit he's been pulling against me.

Anyways, I'm leaving the job, he's destructive, unhinged, dangerous and mentally ill, but HR and upper management are useless because nobody wants to deal with him.

What happens after they push you out? Is that it?
