Delayed Loading/shifting buttons and links

I despise when I open an app or page and it displays buttons or links in a certain position but then right as I’m selecting something it actually loads the updated/refreshed page, it all shifts and I end up selecting the wrong thing.

My camera app to check on my dog does this all the time. The buttons are always in the same place but the top “bar” loads and shifts everything down and I click on the “weather” button.

I wish things would give me a dark screen until they’re ready for me to select something.

That’s all.
