Using semaglutide for one month, but experiencing some aches around right kidney...

I am on 12 units of semaglutide twice a week. Most side-effects are minimal. But recently started to feel some discomfort in my right kidney.

I have had kidney stones in the past, but this feels different. It is a dull ache that is tender when touched. The symptom wains as the drug dissipates - usually the day before another dose. Doc said it will go away, but I am becoming concerned.

Anyone else experience this?
