Business Class to Paris with Pet… Options?

Hi Chubbytravel family! I am toying with the idea of taking my small dog with me to France and trying to find an international business class that allows pets - would be traveling from Washington DC.

I see La Compagnie allows pets but curious if other options exist. Seems United Polaris is a no go.
