[OH] retail job background check with petty theft 16 years ago

Hello, this is quite embarrassing but I want to know before I even interview. I have a job interview at a retail store in three days. I’ve never had an issue with my background check but have also never worked retail (normally medical). 16 years ago I stole about $150 worth of crap from kohls when I was young and dumb with a friend and we got caught. Will this come back on the background check? They use first advantage.
