Snowsky echo mini or phinistec z6?

I haven't owned a mp3 player or "dap" since smartphones came out. Now im thinking of getting one to use as my podcast/music/ebook device as phones nowdays gets their battery drained so quickly.

Ive seen tons of cheap flimsy plastc players on amazon but i have some quality standards. Found the snowsky echo mini and phinistec z6 and read about them and they seem quite nice and sit in the price range im willing to spend on a media player.

any suggestions or input?
