EMBOLISATION - Grade 2 varicocele on 1 side and damaged testicle on the other

I would like your views on this. Situation is as above and worried about fertility. Have done tests and sperm count is currently very strong but am aware likely to depreciate over time. My worry is whether the procedure has the chance of damaging the Grade 2 side = both sides damaged = both sides fertility issues.

Can you advise on the likelihood of emobolisation damaging my varicocele side / procedure going wrong in relation to fertility.

I’m less worried about other things going wrong - but want to know risks directly to the testicle.
