Tips and tricks to get hired in staff adjusting?

Advice

Hey yall, I’ve been applying for staff roles and I have independent adjusting experience manly CAT stuff and I just need a job with regular benefits, and I keep getting good interviews but they don’t go anywhere. I recently interviewed for mercury and they said they’d get back to me after thanksgiving. I assume they found someone else. I’ve applied for Cincinnati and that went really well, but someone was more “qualified” for context I’m in California and I only have my Florida license as I moved back here for personal reasons I do not want to disclose. (Please don’t shout at me for living here.) I’m working at a complex data entry place to pay the bills in the mean time and it’s just not quite what I need money and growth in career wise. Anyone know of any tips to get hired in staff or if the will wait til the new year to hire new staff? State Farm I’ve applied for but didn’t make it past the video interviews. Not sure what that’s about unless if they hated me when I worked under them with alacrity. Anyway. Any tips? Would be appreciated!
