Does anyone know what this is called?
My mom used to call this a tantrum or an episode but I don’t know what it’s called and I just had one today. I have autism as well as bipolar and I really wanted ice cream so I was looking for my blade for the ninja blender. I could not find it and started digging into the sink and ended up puking everywhere from the smell of spaghetti grease. I started getting such a negative feeling like just pure anger and frustration that made me want to cry. I tried to clean everything up and the grease just clung to everything smelling like sink and meat juice and I had to change. It’s like my senses were heightened and I felt everything every little noise and itch just made me freak out even more. I never made my ice cream because I couldn’t find the blade for my ninja and I just sat shaking and crying from all the little things that were adding up. I don’t know if this is something from autism or bipolar or maybe I’m just really weird but I’ve had these uncontrollable episodes for ages..anyone know what it’s called so I don’t have to call it an episode?
