Roof age

Hi, I'm trying to determine how old the roof is on a house I'm thinking of buying. The city said they can't find any permits for it. The previous owner is deceased, and his sister has no idea. With all of the stories I'm hearing about insurance denials due to roof age, I just want to get an idea.

The photos are from Google street view, the 1st one is July 2025, the 2nd one is Sept 2023, and the last one is Sept 2008. My initial thought is that there was a change between 2023 and 2025, but the darker color might just be age or time of day/sunlight changes. Any thoughts?
