I just published my full hands-on review of the Google Pixel Watch 4 on The5kRunner – tested it rigorously for sleep tracking, GPS accuracy on a challenging 10-mile urban run, heart rate during intervals, and more. Spoiler: It's a stunner and my top pick for Android users in 2025.

**Quick Highlights:**

* **Design & Display:** Sleek recycled aluminium (31-36g), domed 3,000-nit screen that's insanely bright and vibrant. 5 ATM water-resistant, but no sapphire glass (bummer for ruggedness). Awkward band swap, tho.
* **Battery Life:** Up to 40 hours with AOD on the 45mm model – charges to 50% in 15 mins. Unique swappable battery/display for easy DIY fixes and sustainability.
* **Fitness/Running Tracking:** Dual-frequency GPS hits 83% accuracy (decent but needs tweaks in cities), HR is reliable on averages but has occasional blips. Love the Fitbit integration for advanced metrics like cadence, vertical oscillation, and auto-lap. AI workout detection is smart, but full coaching requires a Premium sub.
* **AI & Smarts:** Gemini integration is next-level – conversational, contextual, and crushes Siri. Wear OS 6 feels polished with customizable tiles and notifications. Satellite SOS on LTE is a lifesaver.
* **Sleep:** Spot-on for deep sleep stages, strong correlation with pro trackers.

**Pros:** Elegant AF, killer AI, long battery, eco-swappable parts.
**Cons:** Android-only, limited sports data customization, meh default band, minor accuracy hiccups.

Overall score: 91/100 – If you're on Android and want premium fitness + smarts, this is it. Battery and AI edge out the competition. Worth the upgrade from Watch 3? For most, yes.
