No QR code given for parcel shop collection

Hi all,

I have 4 parcels waiting for me at a parcel shop but I haven't been given a scannable code to collect them

I have the barcode the give, can I still collect the parcels with the actual number or do I need something for them to scan?

Pretty stupid question but It's concerning me aha
