My dog died...my 11th dog

So for a little context, I've been raising and fostering dogs for over 17 years (183 dogs) and just got all mine fixed earlier this year. I have 2 graveyards. One for stillborn puppies(which I had 7) and one for my old dogs. Had a blind rescue die of old age at 20 years. One of my rescues had a heart attack.(He was caged his entire life and I set him free on my 30 acre farm, where he literally ran himself to death. Sad but at least he was free. ) Another was a service dog that could open cabinets and doors and she jumped on the counter and went through my medicine cabinets while I was gone and ate an entire box of dog dewormer pills.(I have arlo cameras installed around the house. And now have a lock on all medicine cabinets). And today I had one die because I switched from iams to gravy dog food because they were sold out at literally every store in my county. (I swear that stuff goes in liquid and comes out liquid).
