I built a streaming platform where viewers can steal your stream — and AI chatters roast you while you try to survive.

IOS & Android

I've been building OneStreamer, a streaming platform based on one idea: scarcity creates entertainment. Here's how it works:

  • Only one person can be live at any moment
  • Anyone watching can interrupt and take over the stream
  • It becomes this chaotic king-of-the-hill battle for control

But the part I'm most excited about is the AI chatters. They actually watch your stream and comment on what's happening in real-time. Die in a stupid way? They'll call it out. Pull off something impressive? They hype it up. So even if you're streaming at 3am with no human viewers, you've got an audience reacting to your gameplay instead of talking to a void.

The whole thing runs in-browser. No OBS, no downloads. You get system audio mixing, webcam overlay on screen shares — full streaming setup with zero friction. See a game you want to stream? You can be live in under 30 seconds. Looking for testers to help with:

  • The interrupt mechanic (fun chaos or just frustrating?)
  • AI chatter quality (entertaining or annoying?)
  • Stream stability and latency
  • General UX bugs

Early stage, so expect rough edges. But if the concept sounds fun, I'd love brutally honest feedback.
