Is there a way to block AI-generated trailers when I look up fanmade trailers on YouTube?

The key word there is people. but now if I look anything of that variety up it's dozens of AI crap. Any tips on how to avoid a hundred thumbnails that teach me the subtle horrors of the uncanny valley?
