I HAVE A HEAD OF FAITH PROBLEM!

I created a faith with my old character with the intent of gaining lots of gold through indulgences (communion tennet, lay clergy, lot of things as crimes) but I wasnt getting any indulgences and I read online that it was because I put my head of faith as temporal instead of spiritual. I made a save and with my new character(my player heir) made a new faith with the spiritual head of faith but I wasnt the head of faith! Does anyone know how I can become the spiritual head of faith or at least how I can get the indulgance money?
