Forsaken hollows dlc not showing up in deluxe edition

I purchased the Amazon deluxe edition physical on Xbox and the dlc won’t show up. When I check add ons, nothing. When I check the store it asks me to purchase it. Saw somewhere to remotely queue it to console through Xbox website but it says on there I have no games to manage. Patch 1.03 has been updated. Any help would be appreciated.
