In a huge mess. Owe over 3000 and I’m only 20

Been struggling big time recently. I have around £3000 debt but I’m only 20 and don’t earn much money. It’s overwhelming and there all in different places and some quite overdue. I don’t earn much money and my credit score is a shambles so I can’t even get another loan to start over. I have literally nothing in my bank account at the moment. It’s all I think about every day and night recently. Any advice would be great guys thanks
