through balls

i’m not sure if it’s just a match engine thing or if it’s tactical but majority of my goals conceded are from through balls between my CBs.

i’ve tried 4atb and 5atb and still the same thing happening. i don’t have any “stay wider” instructions on my CBs and i’ve tried trapping inside and outside but still nothing stops it.

hopefully someone has had similar experiences and knows something that might help
