I get nauseous when I smoke

Hi everyone

For context I’ve been smoking weed since I was 18 and am now 28. And for years I only did on rare occasions. Over time I then began smoking more regularly and for the last half a year I’ve been doing it daily. And until recently I never had any issues with it, other than maybe getting a few panic attacks. But back in August I started randomly experiencing extreme nausea, dizziness, sweating, paleness and strong abdominal pain after smoking. And since then it’s only gotten worse. As of now it happens every time and has so for a week for two - no matter the amount or my condition. I rarely ever vomit or crave showers though, just feel like curling up in my bed and ride it out. Could it possibly be CHS? And if so you know what my chances of recovery are? I’m hoping to hear some reassuring words or stories. Because when I searched on google, the prospects didn’t look too promising…
