2024 Pathfinder Platinum question

Hi everyone, I just took my 24 Pathfinder out after leaving it on a trickle charge this summer. it has 1250 miles. When I took it on the highway today, I got a very noticeable vibration at over 60 mph. Could it be a tire flat spot? I have the standard 20 inch wheels. Or, is it something more serious? I used to do this with an Infiniti QX50 - switch it off to a more fun car in the summer - and never had this problem. Could it be a function of the larger wheels? I believe the QX50 had 18 inch wheels. TIA for any thoughts. I’m taking it in to the dealer for its first oil change on Monday, but am curious as to what you all think,
