New-to-anime friend denies Naruto has taken any inspiration at all from HxH

I told him to research it himself but he won´t.

Cause I´m a petty little goblin can somebody help me find sources that enforce my statement?

To be clear I am aware of Naruto having a LOT of creativity and Hunter x Hunter also pulling creativity from the Greats like Dragon Ball.
