Study in Swansea

Hello. I am from Romania, 21(F) I am going to move to Swansea for study at the University. I already know quite a lot about the university and about Awansea. But now I want to ask about the relationships, sex culture and Young people (18-35 mentality. When it comes to these topics, are most conservative and traditionalists, or are there many open and liberal people?
