Breastfeeding and risk assessments at work

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone knows how risk assessments work when returning to work?

I started back in October and pumped at first but quickly stopped. We’re still breastfeeding before and after nursery and through the night.

He’s now 13 months old and I’ve been back for 6 weeks but I’m unsure whether to ask for a risk assessment! According to acas it’s a legal requirement but due to the age of my baby I’m not sure I’d qualify? I think I might but my manager previously spent months trying to find out if I could use the mother and baby room at work because he’s over 6 months, so maybe that’s confused me!
