Tom Myers Anatomy Trains

Hi! Is there ever any discussion here about anatomy trains? I have loose connective tissue disorder and am thrilled to be learning all about fascia as well as all LCT in the body. My whole body got screwed up from orthodonics (moving the jaw) and by taking notes about my own condition and looking for an explanation I came to learn about fascia.

Anyone here into Tom Myers work? Thanks!
